Application Process
- Carefully read ALL of the information in this section, including Objectives, Eligibility, Destinations, Costs, Specific Rules and General Obligations.
- If you believe you are eligible and can meet the requirements for an exchange, go to the Applications page and follow the instructions to select a Rotary Club and download the Application Form.
- Complete the Form IN FULL (all 3 pages) entering data in all necessary fields, and ensuring you provide all requested information.
- Print the completed Application Form, ensuring all necessary signatures and attachments are included, and mail it to the selected Rotary Club using the contact details provided.
